Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil
From the pressing of the olives we obtain our genuine Molise Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the highest quality and with remarkable organoleptic characteristics. The choice of the right degree of ripeness and the transformation method allows to obtain a mix of aromas and fragrances typical of the varieties used. An oil with a medium fruity flavor characterized by an excellent balance between bitter and spicy which recalls hints of vegetables with typically herbaceous notes.
